If you aren't satisfied, we offer a money back guarantee as long as the items are in the same condition as when we shipped them out and you contact us within 72 hours.
If we've made an error (rare, but we are human!) we'll gladly pay shipping for the return of the wrong item and the delivery of the correct item.
All orders are sent media mail in the U.S., First Class International. (Media International was discontinued by the USPS.) All books and items are carefully packaged. Delivery confirmation is provided.
We also dropship if you'd like to send a book to someone. Gift wrapping is also available.
